We attended the 2019 Va State Taekwondo Championship last Saturday. It was a great day! This tournament is more intense than a local tournament. People come from different states trying to earn olympian points. Congratulations to Miss Heather for placing 2nd in poomsae. Great job to Mark for your hard work. We want to thank our volunteers for doing an awesome job. We Love how our members and their families pull together to compete, volunteer, and support each other at these events!!
