One of the most popular programs at our centers is our Family classes. On any given day you can watch as multiple families enter our school in their uniforms and take to the mat together.

Training side by side with your children is a truly special experience. You will share a common activity, cheer each other on as you move through the different belt ranks and meet dozens of other friendly families.

The energy is family class is tremendous. Its a great way to combine workout time with family time. Wouldn’t it be a great idea to make staying healthy and active a part of your family’s weekly routine?
