Hello MKMAC Family,
We hope everyone has been enjoying the warm weather and is getting as excited for spring as we are. We have a few announcements for upcoming events and reminders.
1) Schools are CLOSED April 7th & 10th in observance of Easter.
We will be holding day camps on both days to assist our families with childcare.
2) Summer Camp registration has begun.
We have an Early Bird Special available.
You can receive a discount of $10 off per week if you register by April 30th.
3) The 14th Annual Virginia Governor’s Cup Taekwondo Championship
Saturday, April 29th, 2023, in Winchester Va.
Any students interested in competing or volunteering, please see Master Kim for information. (Volunteers must be 13yo and up, No age requirements for competitors)
4) Please Use a Permeant Marker To Mark Your Equipment With Your Name!
We are finding many pieces of equipment left behind and it is unmarked.
Please Do Not Take Unmarked Equipment from Lost and Found Without Assistance.
5) Any students Blue Belt and Up who are interested in joining the Leadership Team are encouraged to come see Master Kim or Ms. Carrie to inquire about the Leadership Team requirements.
6) We appreciate and consider all suggestions that come in through the suggestion box. We added a recycle bin next to the trash can in the lobby, as requested. Since our trash company does not provide recycling pick up, Master Kim will personally take it to be recycled.
