Hello MKMAC Family,
We are super excited our dojang will be marching in the 2023, 46th Annual Spotsylvania Christmas Parade. The Parade will be held on Saturday, December 2nd at 1pm, at the Spotsylvania Courthouse. The parade route runs from Spotsylvania Middle School to the Spotsylvania Courthouse Village. All marchers must wear their uniforms and belts. We recommend wearing warm layers of clothing underneath your uniform. (All jackets will be put in the van. Gloves, hats, and scarves can be worn while marching.) All family members are welcome to march with us. We require All Tiny Tigers and Little Tigers marching, To be accompanied by a supervising adult to march with them (NO EXCEPTIONS). All Black Belts Must bring their ssang jul bongs. In celebration MKMAC will be providing and wearing Christmas Eye Masks during the parade. Everyone is welcome to bring and wear their personal Santa Hats. If any parents or siblings are interested in holding the banner, helping pull wagons for board breaking, or wearing the panda costume, please see Ms. Carrie. Please be sure to sign up all marchers on the sign up sheet located on the bulletin board in the lobby. Spectator parking can be found at the Holbert building and the Public Safety building. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you have any questions or concerns. This is such a fun family event and a great way for our Taekwondo family to spend some time together. We hope to see all our students there!
Due to the Parade and the Founders Championship the dojang will be CLOSED on Saturday, December 2nd.
